The world gets brighter, as we get lighter..

High Volume, Low Calorie Foods.

This is the start of a page where I post meals that I eat that make me satisfied to Full. Sometimes I can't eat it all. None of them are over 200 calories.

My Average Breakfast.
The whole thing is only 162 calories. This consists of a glass of green tea with splenda(0), 1 egg white with some black pepper(15), 1 whole apple(72), and 1/4 a cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon(75). This is one of the meals I can't eat all of. I just eat until I'm satisfied and save the rest for a snack.

My Favorite Soups.
These range from 100-140 calories for 2 cups. They fill you up Every time.

My Favorite Apples.
I love apples. They fill you up so fast and have only about 72 calories. My favorite are Macintosh and Zestar apples.

Hummus.
This stuff has only 35 calories for 2 whole tablespoons and tastes amazing. My favorite two are the red pepper and red hot chili pepper because hot peppers in general speed up your metabolism.

I never eat my hummus on pita bread though. Way too many calories. I eat it on Wasa's crispbreads. I only get the ones with whole wheat. My favorites are the Crisp n' Light mild rye, 20 calories a slice, and the light rye, 30 calories a slice.

I also eat hummus on Broccoli. It tastes great and there are so little calories and it fills you up! I love it.

Ranch.
I know what your thinking. Ranch has so much fat and so many calories that's just dumb. Even if you get the non-fat kind it's still pretty calorie full. Nope. I've just recently found this new calorie and fat free ranch dip! Some of you may have already seen it but I'm still pretty stoked about it. It's really good with broccoli.

Veggie Broth.
I cook with it, I drink it, this stuff is amazing. The internet says it's 15 calories a cup.. But I own the stuff. It's just 10 calories a cup and it tastes great. The whole thing is just 40 calories!

Mushrooms
The the whole 8oz(226g) container has only 50 calories. Plus it has 7 grams of protein and 2.5 dietary fibers(they fill you up). Eat these with that ranch dip above and you've got yourself a super light snack that's decently filling.
